Tello, RYZE.Jpan Tech says repaired one is default!

Feb.13 I Sent RYZE. Tech Japan the Tello I received from them after repair.

Feb.14 They have received it from me.

Feb.16 They are silent without any excuse nor apologize.
I am sure that they sent default Tello erroneously ss repair.
So I sent them email that your repair is incomplete,so you had better respond to my request prior to others.l

Feb. 18 They emails that they open my Tello Package.
That means they begin inspect the Tello I sent, which also they sent me as repair conclusion.

Feb,20 They informed me that they will repair Tello without any charge this tine. That means they admit they mistook in previous Tello repair.

Details are the folloeings.

  • Inspection result : Comunication Device Error
  • Repair needs to exchange the core board unit (including TOF & bottom viewer) of Tello costs 7.8kJPY.
  • Discount 7.8kJPY
  • It will take about 5days to deliver it, because they shall confirm flight performances outdoor this time.
It takes long hours for me untill they recognize what the matter is about my first Tello repair.
It is good for me and them to understand what the real is.

I hope I can get perfect Tello from RYZE Japan.
