Bebop2 how I lost and found
The last weekend Apr.24,25, I took movie at Yaguradai, Ome city, Tokyo,Japan by Bebop2.
On 26th, I lost Bebop2 among the forest, searched it, and retrieved it finally.
This photo shows my Bebop2 and view ftom Yaguradai, 380m elevation after the 1st day flight.
On 25th, windy morning. I could have flight for only 3 min.
After capture movie, I commanded it approach me. For some while it approached me, but suddenly it lost stabilized attitude and fell to the ground vertically. It crashed among forest.
I have experienced some crashes of this Bebop2. Comparing past crashes, this crash is different. Movie capturing stopped before starting falling down. On past crashes capture movie continues during falling down to the ground.
It seems Bebop2 CPU halted then crashed for me. If CPU halts, it can not fly nor capture.
Refer to FrreFlightPro map, I can find relative direction to Bebop2.
Search along this direction from the ground to above.
Fortunately I could find my Bebop2 on tree twig.

Fall to the ground
On 26th, Sunday morning, wind calm then I ascent it at ceiling limit 150m.After capture movie, I commanded it approach me. For some while it approached me, but suddenly it lost stabilized attitude and fell to the ground vertically. It crashed among forest.
I have experienced some crashes of this Bebop2. Comparing past crashes, this crash is different. Movie capturing stopped before starting falling down. On past crashes capture movie continues during falling down to the ground.
It seems Bebop2 CPU halted then crashed for me. If CPU halts, it can not fly nor capture.
Search and found
FreeFlightPro is very convenient application for i-phone to find Bebop2.
Map shows last position of Bebop2 and my position. Bebop2 crashed near walkway fortunately. If it crashed far from walkway, I can not find it.

Fortunately I could find my Bebop2 on tree twig.

Retrieve by Forestry Professional
I took photo to record its lost position and came home. I wanted to retrieve Bebop2 only for safety. I searched some people who can go up trees and cut twig. Fortunately I could find Universal Forestry via internet and call up him. He responded affirmative.
Mr.Kaneko from Sankou Co., helped me and succeeded to retrieve it fortunately. He prepared a thin and long string with weight on its end. He can retrieve by only swing twig. It is very grateful.

【青梅空中散歩】2020お花見だ！釜の淵、福生市
週末、4/28土曜、都から外出自粛要請が都民に下る。
そんな日、お花見ではなく、
お花を空撮した。
釜の淵（青梅市多摩川沿）と福生市（多摩川沿）です。
天気は生憎の曇り空、やはり桜は青空と水が似合いますが、これだけはその日の気象状況により、雲があると駄目です。
しかし、せっかく桜が精一杯咲いているので、愛でましょう。
どうぞよろしく。
