Tello is received from me on Feb. 14th, but …

I returned Tello to RYZE Tech center on Feb. 13th.

Because Tello I got from RYZE after repair is inferior than before in its performaces. This seems due to weak WIFI connectivity.

They may have received it from me on Feb.14th.
They say they will infrom me of inspection result of the Tello.

RYZE should consider the former repair case is not completed, then they shuold repair it prior to another repair cases.

Previously it took a week until they opened my Tello up after they received it.
