What customers and RYZE should do is easy to know about repairment.
It seems RYZE service center opened my Tello and sent me a quotation to repair.
Events on my Tello repair
Jan. 27 Sun. I damaged Tello.
Jan. 28 Mon. I sent mail to RYZE asking how I should do for repair. Then RYZE responded.
Jan. 29 Tue. I shipped Tello to RYZE Robotics as RYZE information.
Jan. 30 Wed. RYZE received my Tello.
This date is confirmed via mail lately.
Feb. 6 Wed. Quotation is sent and asking my instruction to go repair. And case number is informed.
Feb. 7 Thu. I request RYZE to repair.
RYZE Japan Techno Servise seems to have so many orders that my Tello was opend 6 days after they received it.
Most important to my Tello is to be repaired completely.
