Parrot, what I can not recommend !

Hi there,
I subscribe my opnion on Parrot.

1. Once I crashed my Bebop2, can I ask to repair it to Parrot ?
No!
Parrot does not have any repair section.

While Tello , RYZE supplies, they help me repair it, actually replace for repair fee.
That is good enough to customer.
Customer support section should work on damaged drone received from customer.

2. Once I call up Parrot and ask how we get spare parts they supplies in its web site.
But she, a member of customer center, can not give us exact answer to my questions. Poor knowledge and poor heartful customer service.
Finally I can not get any useful information from tel operator.

3. Once I have application `Flight Plan' both iOS and Android version.
Android version can not run with GPS than iOS. So to say, Android verdion is inferior to iOS.
If you purchase `Free Flight Pro` and `Flight Plan`, you must not buy Android version.
Parrot and Google Play do not refund inferior Android Version.

They may be sure how inferior it is, but they continue to sell it.

Conclusion 

If you select a drone, decision point is how enough superior customer service is.
If drone quality and cost are preferable, keepinpg drone initial high quality must require supplier's high quality customer support.
If there should not be, it is impossible.

Parrot is incompatible, I think.
