As I mentioned previous subscription, Free Flight Pro and Flight Plan Android version are inferior to iOS version.
I requested Google Play and Parrot to refund for Android version.
Both of them denied my request to refund as the followings.
Both of them are not interested in their applications whether customer is satisfied with or not their selling material.
For me this affair is not so small because my payment 2,400JPY is no use.
And I have an another question. PARROT CUSTOMER SERVICE can not function as well as we expect.
Parrot does not have sufficient customer service resources. Person, Technical, Parts supply, Courtesy etc.
So Parrots discount means that they do not care for drone they sold. Only selling out and get money, no expence for customer services.
For Tello, RYZE Japan give customer fully support, they helped me several times.
In the point of view, we must select drone distributed by warm and hertful supplier.
Maybe it is not Parrot, who does not let me know how to purchase spare parts in their site.
For your wonderful drone life, I want subscribe how happy my drone life is.
