On Feb.9th , Tello came back from RYZE.Japan to me.
It is early I received Tello from RYZE Japan after I shipped Tello to RYZE.
After I received Tello from RYZE Tech , I tried to fly Tello.
But I find it degraded in controlable fly range.
Previous Tello does not send weak wifi warning at 30m high, but this one sends it below 10m high. After repair, flight controlable range becomes narrower as 1/4 in hight. Maybe 1/10 in distance.
I must say complain to RYZE Tech Japan about this unsatisfactory results of their repair and ask them repair my old Tello main body with motors replace again.
Why does this unsatisfactory repair event occur?
That is,I suppose,
RYZE Tech Japan did not repair my Tello which required to replace damaged 4 motors.
Instead repair needed to replace 4 motors, RYZE Tech Japan sent me another Tello main body. It is sure that they inform me new main body S/N number.
For them this method, that is no repair customer's one but only exchange to another one , eliminates work hours then work cost.It will be full advatageous for them.
But customer should take any risk of inferior perfomance difference individual Tello mainbody has.
For me, it is true that Tello is now worse than before although RYZE Japan repaired.
Every Tello does not have same performaces.
For me, new Tello is clearly inferior to my old one in WIFI comunication.
After repair, Tello can now have controlable are 20m dist. X 7m high.
Clearly RYZE Tech Japan`s repair degrades my Tello.
If they did repair my old one as story as they told me, this degrade should not occur.
I hope RYZE Japan do repair as they informed me.
